Shipping

We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible!

• Parcels are shipped with DHL. Smaller items that fit through the letterbox are sent via PostNL. You can select your preferred shipping method during checkout.

• For orders under €250.00, shipping costs apply. Orders of €250.00 or more are shipped free of charge.
  Some products can be sent via letterbox post, which means you benefit from lower shipping costs.

• Orders are usually delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
  Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer during holidays.
  If a product is temporarily out of stock, the expected delivery time will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Returns

Not completely satisfied? No problem!

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return a product.

• You may inspect the product, but please do not use, wear, or test it.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, so we can offer them again.
• Due to hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned.

When returning an item, please include the return form.
No printer? No worries — you can write the required details on the packing slip and include it with your return.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Return Policy

We aim to make returns as easy as possible:

• You can register your return by:

  • using the return form
  • logging into your account
  • or sending an email to [email protected]

  Please always include your order number and the reason for return.

• Items must be unused and undamaged. Products with broken seals or damaged packaging cannot be accepted.

• The following items are excluded from returns:

  • special (one-time) offers
  • discontinued products
  • products specially ordered or manufactured for you

• Please pack your return carefully (preferably in a box) to avoid any damage to the original packaging.
  If damage occurs due to insufficient packaging, we may need to charge a fee.

• Return shipments are at your own cost and risk.
